How tracking works
Once your order ships, tracking information is provided when available. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to see the latest carrier updates.
If your order is eligible for customer account tracking, you can also check your order status through your OLUA customer account.
Tracking has not updated?
Carrier scans can sometimes take time to appear. If your tracking information has not updated or your package appears delayed, contact OLUA Customer Care with your order number.
